Green Lantern by Grant Morrison

DC Comics has scheduled the anticipated Grant Morrison and Liam Sharp Green Lantern series for launch November 7, and the publisher also plans to host midnight release parties to celebrate.

Morrison (Batman, All-Star Superman) and Sharp (The Brave and the Bold, Wonder Woman) will launch a new Green Lanternseries that sees Hal Jordan facing down an alien on Earth that suddenly involves the entire Green Lantern Corps, and maybe even the Multiverse.

The main cover for issue 1 will be illustrated by Sharp, but a variant cover by Frank Quitely and a blank cover will also be available.  The 40-page issue has an MSRP of $4.99. Each comic includes a code for a free digital download of the issue.
